The Bespoke Program

Whether you have newly identified as neurodivergent, have a specific diagnosis, or simply suspect you are, our coaching bespoke relationship is tailored to your specific goals.

Specialist 1:1 coaching offers a safe space to ask questions of yourself and your past and present, try things out, learn new tools and strategies, as well as embrace the lived experience that is uniquely yours.

I know what it is to have ‘hidden in plain sight’ and be fearful of ‘dropping the mask’, so I offer a safe space for you to be in control of your narrative.

My collaborative, non-judgmental approach has been influenced by years of experience mentoring neurodivergent people and living as a neurodivergent person myself. Now, as a qualified coach, I have added specialist training to the mix.

It really is up to you what we cover in our sessions, but to give you an idea, past clients have brought things like:

  • Skill development in boundary setting, safety, energy accounting or goal setting
  • Mindset shifts around neurodivergent differences, not deficits
  • Identity transition – euphoria to grief and back again (and everything in between)
  • Access Riders for work, self-advocacy and job crafting
  • Practical strategies for executive function challenges
  • Reframing lived experiences
  • Strategies to mitigate against neurodivergent burnout
  • Supporting a neurodivergent loved one (child, partner, parent)
  • Managing overwhelm
  • Advocating for a neurodivergent partner

Whatever you bring, sessions will be focused on you and grounded in a thorough understanding of what it means to live as a neurodivergent person.

The sessions are delivered via Zoom (camera on or off, it’s your call).

They last an hour (or shorter if attention or overwhelm are part of your experience).

Our initial session focuses on identifying the key issue you want to address through coaching. From then on, sessions work towards supporting this goal. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a specific idea of what this might be in session one; this can evolve as we work through our first few sessions together.

If you prefer to include mentoring in our sessions, we will agree on this ahead of time. There are no additional cost implications, this is more about ensuring we both understand the extent to which you want to draw upon my lived experience as a neurodivergent woman, mother, wife, manager and work colleague.

Where our coaching work focuses on the support you offer another neurodivergent person (child, partner, other family member or friend, or work colleague), a combination of coaching and mentoring aims to help you think outside the box as you support each other while all remaining your authentic selves.

A term you may have come across is ‘psychoeducation’ – all this means is the provision of knowledge about psychological concepts, coping strategies and mental health conditions. Where relevant, this may be offered; it is entirely up to you whether you want to explore the information further in our sessions.
