The why behind these programmes
For many people, discovering they are neurodivergent involves a period of transition. This unfolding process is the start of a new phase in their life journey and can bring significant shifts in how they see themselves, relate to others, and navigate their world.
For many, this process is not straightforward as they revisit their past and begin to recognise patterns and themes in their lives.
My role as your coach or mentor is not to direct this transition but to accompany you. It is to support you in the ongoing process through co-creating strategies and perhaps offering knowledge or insight. Together we make sense of you’re lived experience so that you can move forward with confidence and strength.
Your coaching journey
Discovery call
This is a free, 30 mins call to share where you are at right now, discuss what you want from coaching, and for you to ask questions to help you determine whether I am a good match for you.
Session 1
Together, we create a plan to support your goals for coaching. If you have chosen Thrive or Shape, then we begin with the orientation module in the respective programme.
What is the difference between coaching, mentoring, and therapy?
Coaching, mentoring and therapy are all supportive practices, but they serve different purposes and have distinct approaches.
I am a coach and mentor.
